Q. What is the history of the Event?
A. 2024 will be the forth year of Race Tasmania.

Q. What categories will be racing at the Event?
A. Supercheap Auto TCR Australia, National Trans Am, Series, National Sports Sedan plus more National and local support categories to be announced.

Q. What time are categories racing at?
A. On-track schedule will be available soon.

Q. Is the Race Tasmania being televised?
A. Yes, on 7Mate and 7+. Actual broadcast times will be confirmed closer to the event.

Q. What time do gates open and close?
A. Gates open at 9.00am and close 5.00pm daily.

Q. Where can I buy tickets?
A. Details are available on the ticketing page of the Event website.

Q. Can I bring my child for free?
A. Kids under 12 receive free admission with a paying adult. All kids must have a kid’s ticket to gain access to the event.

Q. Where is the track located
Symmons Plains Raceway is located on Midlands Highway, 10 minutes south of Perth, 25 minutes south of Launceston, an hour from Devonport and two hours north of Hobart

Q. What parking is available?
A. Free Public parking is available at the circuit. Follow directional signage off the Midland Highway to the General Admission Car Park, located inside Gate 2. Fans also have the opportunity to park their cars trackside with a Park and View upgrade ticket (Park and View Upgrade to be purchased).

Q. What catering options are available?
A. Vendors will be operating around the venue.

Q. Are hospitality options available?
A. Yes. Symmons Plains event will offer 1-2 day hospitality packages. Click here for more details.

Q. Is camping offered at this Event?
A. Yes, there is camping at Symmons Plains – see dedicated page on the website

Q. Can I gain access to the Pit complex roof during the Event at Symmons Plains?
A. Yes, your ticket allows access to the pit paddock and pit roof complex.

Q. What facilities are there for disabled patrons?
A. Disability parking is available in both the General Admission and Corporate car parks. Please display your disability parking permit. There are wheelchair friendly toilets in the Paddock.

Q. What first aid service is available?
A. First Aid will be operating from sites in the Paddock and around the circuit.

Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. No, all animals are prohibited with exception to assistance animals.

Q. Is there an ATM at the Circuit?
A. There are no ATM’s at the event.

Q. Is there a ‘Will Call’ Office
A. Yes, referred to as the ‘Accreditation Office’ and located at the Main Gate. The hours of operation will be confirmed closer to the event.
