2024 Tassie Tour Adds to Race Tasmania Off-Track Program

The popular Tassie Tour returns in 2024, running in conjunction with Race Tasmania, providing enthusiasts with four exciting days of action across Tasmania.

Beginning on Wednesday the 13th of March participants will get behind the wheel of their cars in a performance drive day at Symmons Plains Raceway, before making their way to Hobart.

Symmons Plains Raceway is Tasmania’s premier motor racing facility, located just 30km south of Launceston. Opened in 1960, Symmons Plains has become a regular fixture on Australia’s national motorsport calendar.

March 14 is dedicated to another track day at the incredibly scenic Baskerville Raceway. The Hobart racetrack is set in a natural amphitheatre, with mountainous scenery all around. The undulating nature of Baskerville makes for an exhilarating driving experience.

On Friday, the group will enjoy a guided drive on the Targa roads between Hobart and Launceston before a visit to the National Automobile Museum.

Saturday will see the participants indulge in a corporate experience as part of the Shannons SpeedSeries at Race Tasmania, with an unrivalled view of the racing action in Supercheap Auto TCR Australia, Trans Am and the Precision National Sports Sedans.

The full four-day package is available for $1,850 per driver.
